I was there this summer for the third time in 10 years. It is a great town. I'm thinking of living there for the winter this year.

It was my first time in Alert Bay although I have wanted to go there for years. Absolutely beautiful. The water is crystal clear. We were there too early this summer, just before the killer whales arrived - a real shame because I have adopted a northern resident and was hoping to see her. Enjoy it if you move there!
