No matter what anyone thinks, Arcane is perfectly viable in PvP. If you grab the Shatter talent, you can cripple an enemy just by going Frost Nova - Arcane Blast, and easily get a slow on the enemy. Arcane Blast is also incredibly cheap if you use it just once.

@ILOVECRACK132 he did it vs a flag carrier with 0 gear and 10 stacks of debuff. and he reforged everything mastery. do not expect this. i tried doing everything he did and i max crit 60k in bgs, and 30k in arena
