@BloodyPocky15 you dont have to have long hair for a big forehead, actually that tends to make it look worse...bangs fix that no problem wether your hair is long or short :)

i am a hair style i have pale white hair my hair does no fall out or break or split how is pale white the point of falling out it depends how damage it is and also people are born with pale white hair... like my brother o.o

well if you are a hair stylist then you should know exactly what i mean when i talk about not lifting passed pale yellow. when hair is taken to white WITH BLEACH there is nothing left inside the hair because the bleach has eaten everything out. but you should know this is you are a stylist...

omg you so helped me.. I JUST went to sallys to get a bleach kit.. my hair was black. i put the bleach on.. for like 50 minutes it bleached it up to a rust color.. cause i want blue hair mine is cut like you said it should be for this color.. and i dyed it 2 hrs alter NO blue.. Just rust.. now i know what to buy to get it that SHOCK blue
