hey guys.
so just like walkovers , a Scorpion requires A LOT of back , leg , & arm flexibility , a good scorpion should be done by either touching your foot to your head , or straightening your leg into the splits , whereas this is just a video on a simple Scorpion.

PLEASE STRETCH BEFORE ANY CHEERLEADING OR GYMNASTICS !
