yes he is definately miming which is a shame because I didnt know that when I was there.
look at 0:30 he forgets to sing " I " and then realises and says " dont know ..."

Oh shut up, Bands don't have a say in it, it's down to the organiser ? Ever occur to you they may change each year ? You have a band like phonics play live and it will leave you wanting more, then no one will care about the NFL ;)

They wernt forced into anything. The feeling sang live in 07 for fricks sake!! I was looking forward to stereophonics but felt let down when they pusseyed out and mimed, grow some balls stereophonics!
Hope this years band actually perform!

the delay between light and sound perhaps?

They almost always mime when doing a performance for tv, but not in concert, you can tell sometimes, plus usually when they play dakota live they end it differently.

Sometimes for whatever reason bands have to mime. especially when its a brief entertainment interlude for something like a major spoting event. Its a damn shame because there one of the greatest live acts in the world anyway.
