This is the link for all SATB parts for Tallis- "O Nata Lux".

Choir Practice: "O nata lux de lumine", by Thomas Tallis, is for the 'Feast of the Transfiguration" which depicts the moment when the disciples suddenly receive a vision of Jesus, shimmering in light with angelic garb, conversing with the figures of Moses and Elijah. The five-voiced "O nata lux de lumine" most likely dates from the final period of Tallis' life, during the reign of Elizabeth I. The hymn is straightforward, non-melismatic, and uses "dissonance" in a dramatic way.

O Light born of Light,
Jesus, redeemer of the world,
with kindness deign to receive
the praise and prayer of suppliants.
You who once deigned to be clothed in flesh
for the sake of the lost,
grant us to be made members
of your blessed body.

O nata lux de lumine,
Jesu redemptor saeculi,
dignare clemens supplicum
laudes precesque sumere.
Qui carne quondam contegi
dignatus es pro perditis,
nos membra confer effici
tui beati corporis.
