@xenonce please¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ keep doing videos¡¡¡ i loved the ones where you explained nutrition¡¡ I would really like to know more about the rules of how putting complete meals together.. with the right proportion of proteins, carbs and fats.. (especially when u use grains or quinoa)

@stuntdrag0n - thank you. you know, i just moved to austin, tx. and we just settled in, but I'm going to be doing a TON of videos around breaking myths. first is going to be about fats. stay tuned :)
Also you cannot spot train and lose weight in a certain section, your body loses weight systematically, all those ab videos and thigh videos will actually cause you to grow muscle.You can work out your arms all you want but it's up to your body where it will lose first.

@beshnola - I agree 100%. Fat loss occurs systematically. Spot training large muscle areas can also speed it up by increasing lean muscle in those areas to increase metabolism. As far as size and bulk, do more reps, eat less, stretch, do lots of cardio... and you'll see you'll end up with lean long dense muscle fiber. not bulky

Um I've watched Denise Austin's aerobic video and also some of those instructors & their pilates vid& these women have thighs the size of Texas.That is so unattractive.Working out your midsection will cause expansion on your waistline, if you don't want to build out suck in your stomach while you are working out so you can build in.I want skinny toned legs like I had in high school, not thunder muscle thighs.

@beshnola - I hear what you are saying, but keep in mind, growth happens based on the load you lift, and the calories you consume. Just because you work on your midsection doesn't mean it will expand, you have to eat tons for that to happen. If the women have big thighs, it's because they are lifting heavy in their normal routines... not just on the video you watched. Working out my midsection shrunk my waistline. Sucking in your gut while lifting can lead to injury if you arent careful. GL
