I completely agree. But, I also think love and affection between a husband and a wife should be celebrated. Our christian young people should be tought that marriage is something to look forward to and to be enjoyed. If we ignore the subject in church and in music they think we are ashamed and that it is bad.

I myself have written Contemporary Christian Music in both rock and folk styles. Jungle beat? This is an OLD trite argument dating back to the confused propaganda of Salem Kirban of the 70's

The point of ANY Christian music is its faithfulness of the Word of God. Do the ideas expressed in it jive with God's revelation of truth to man through His Holy Bible or not?

I have problems when contemporary music teaches aberrant doctrine. NO form or STYLE of music is necessarily SACRED or perfect TJ.

rap promotes gangbang drive by shootings, rock promotes sex, drugs and rebellion. I have been analzing the so-called Christian rock scene and to tell you the truth it promotes rebellion, sex and disrespectful to your elders with there lyrics. And comparing some christian rock some is more harder than rock music. I could even slap a christian rock label on some of Sammy Hagar songs after all he sings about judgement day, trinity, and the Holy Spirit. even Madonna sings on the book of Revelation.

Madonna is a witch, seriously. And when she sings about Revelation she sings about going to the Lake of Fire as if it's a good thing. When in "Sin City" she put herself up on a cross!!
