I know this is a noob question, but how do you paste a picture when you pounce?

Just press T(which if I remember is the default) when you pounce. You can change the spray in the options, but the image should be around 256x256 pixels. There's a bunch of tutorials on youtube.

You can record in game with the source recorder, but sadly the limit for fps is 30fps on the source recorder for l4d, unlike in cs where it's unlimited. But, you can record in the source recorder, then re-record in fraps over the video you've made in 60 or higher. I used 60. Google most of this stuff, it's not as complicated as it sounds.
