You guys should try doing that with a Fizz Giz. Use 2% milk, chocolate syrup to taste and carbonate to 40PSI ( a wee bit higher than beer ). Then let your bottles sit in the fridge overnight and have one in the morning. Lemme know. I'll send you a Fizz Giz if ya wanna try it on the show.

you cant make fizzy milk, the carbon dioxide is acidic and will curdle it which would be disgusting... Unless you use nitrogen gas in the sodastream
