Check out this interesting gait pattern with the left foot almost spraining an ankle with each step. We have never seen instability like this before at our clinic however interestingly the runner has little issues with ankle instability when running.

  • It's a little tricky to see from this angle, but there left tibial torsion? @ 0:08 it appears as though the distal aspect of the tib/fib are very externally rotated, and the achilles is medially shifted. That being said however, the left foot appears to do an amazing job at keeping the foot in line with the sagittal plane during midstance, internally rotating the foot to the extent shown. The right foot/ leg interestingly seems a little worse off given it's lack of pronation and knee translation
