ANYONE who thinks ppl are homeless in America because they are lazy, stupid or ignorant need to see this video.... These ppl are out there looking for jobs every day and find nothing because their very little jobs left now in America and those who do get employed are lucky... @TheDedridgerunner It's easy to blame a President who is just a puppet on a string. The whole Occupy Wallstreet movement is for us the PPL to let the rich powerful 5% know they run the world. This is some real shit. I've always supported my Minneapolis homeless community. I've let plenty of them stay with me while we chill, relax, kick the luxuries to the curb and get on some real shit. I cook for them, let them use the shower, take some food with them, and try to help them out with jobs. I've been homeless in spurts. Many of them are good people. Don't let the couple of bad seeds make you stereotype everyone. We all have our own story to tell.

There are too many empty building, so we need to hire the unemployed to fix up places for them to live!

We need to have mortgage insurance , that will keep families in their home, until we place them in another job asap. People can pay back the insurance payments once back at work in installments,and interest free.

The payback is to stop a scam played by lazy people.

Everything is too expensive, so we need price controls on everything.

We need to take care of America first!

@noonesflower I like your idea but how? I built a 2 bedroom one bath addition on my home and it cost more than that. That was also with minimum cost for labor. If you are going to build, you also need someone working with you that knows what they are doing, electrical, plumbing, etc.

We need to look at the factors that create homelessness... Drugs can be 1 way... Mental problems can be another.... not exactly my position... I have moral and ethical blocks of paying taxes. Now I'm homeless because I'm in a protest against taxes. What I ask to anyone paying any form of tax is "Do you care that your work funds abortion?" I refuse to pay income tax, property tax, or sales tax. I do support taxation by donation.
