Star Trek "Steady As She Goes" Music Vid

NON-slash video with clips of mostly Kirk, Spock, and McCoy. This is my second Trek video and it took me so long! I have been working on it off and on for a few weeks (it's near the end of the semester) and finally decided to finish it in one sitting. I tried a couple new editing "techniques" and used way more footage of the ship. I'm pretty proud of the way it turned out, esp. since I almost abandoned it all together. Enjoy!

Wow great video! I liked the pauses and the B/W effect. And the upside down parts. You really matched the beat well!

Also great clip choice "Settle down in a quiet town" and they are getting into the car!

Great use of fades and flashes. The parts where it said "...kink in the..." and it flashed in right on the kink word was so fitting. It really matched the snap of the word. Can't relly explain it. lol

I was listening to this song a couple weeks ago in some half delirious dream state, and I was fully convinced that it was about Star Trek...if you listen to the lyrics as though they're about Kirk and his inability to have a girlfriend (i.e. his ship is his one true love) then it makes total sense. I have yet to find scientific proof from the band indicating that this is trufax.
