Cool vid ! More Tesla in vids by HorizonDelta, like "Wonderful electric system" ;-)

wish i paid more attention in high school physics, but no matter, once again i stumble across a cool project. Dumpster diving here we go!

Thats why it seems like every cool video has this gay music it is because of youtube not the people

you say its dc but the microwave caps are measured in ac... how did u get the dc voltage?

The AC voltage from the main MO transformer is (thought it was tripling) doubled in this setup and since the doubler uses diodes in it, the AC voltage is rectified and makes DC. The MO caps are rated in AC voltage and are not polarized. You can still use them for storing DC.

dude they took your audio , fight back, upload a different audio track

Thanks for the heads up. This is retarted.

your first schematic is not a tripler, but a doubler with useless diode and 2 capacitors. The series combination of capacitor and diode in second schematic is also useless thing :)

Thanks I think. Looking into it. I found that you are correct. That is probably why I had a hard time with the spark gap. That is why I went to voltage quadrupler. I tested the tripler on a lowvoltage AC circuit and will post a video if you guys want. Also I can make corrections to the schematic too.
