From the works of Living Enligtened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken from discourse titled, Relax from Deep Wthin, Swamiji says meditation will have deeper impact on busy people because busy people live intensely. Tension is the ambition to squeeze more energy out of yourself. Meditation also accomplishes the same thing, but without the side effects of tension. If you have courage to face your fears, it can lead you to liberation. Our inner space, which is pure consciousness is beyond logisc and never dies. Swamiji tells us that these deep understandings about fear is required for Shivas techniques to work on us. The complete discourse may be ordered online at www.lifeblissgalleria.com.

  • Beautiful! Thank you so much Swamiji!

  • Whatever cannot die, will always live. In you, there is something which can never die. Your inner space, pure consciousness, uncorrupted, beyond your logic. That will never die. Whatever can die in you, not only, it is not even alive right now, it cannot do anything. Whatever can die, is already dead. Matter cannot do anything. Whatever cant die, can never die and it can do everything whether you connect yourself with whatever can die or you feel connected to whatever cant die.
