  • @krpelkey Nope I sprayed all of them. Video shows steps of paintwork, also show how clear effects color brilliance. I find it interesting, you may not. Thanks.

  • @finpainter1 Yes, most of it is...I'll have to watch it again.

  • @ CAflatty- Do you have to do anything before you start painting the car?

  • @purrty14 Yes. Lots of prep work.

  • Hi,

Very nice work...I have always been fascinated by auto body and paint work...But , I was never brave enough to do it on my own...I have all the tools to start I think, including very nice compressor...

I have been Datsun 280ZX Turbo guy for years...I currently have 5 of them and every single one of them can use body work and paint...I definitely would love some tips and encouragement...

  • hi,can u help me out after wet sanding the clear coat off,do i clean the whole car with just soap and water and let dry, or use some type of cleaner if so what type u recommend, and after the primer should i sand or just go for the base coat, any other tips would be great its my first time doing this

  • OMG your good. Really like your paint work and I don't say that to often LOL I'm impressed! Good stuff!

  • @highig69er Thanks! Let me know if you need any help. I am putting together a "custom paint" book that will give you some great tips and photos on a start to finish custom job. There are a few out there, but this book will contain body work, prep, paint, graphics, and interiors to match. Thanks again.
