Is Georgia winning the media battle?

Several western newspapers claim that even though the Georgian offensive against South Ossetia failed, it is still managing to win the media war. In this sort of modern warfare, Georgia has to rely heavily on foreign assistance. RT met a Brit who's working for the Georgian government as a media adviser.

There are plenty of brilliant minds that exist in less than BMI-ideal bodies. And I know what you stated, but it's silly to act like this is something that only/or even mainly occurs in the US. (Perhaps you don't believe that, but you've not stated otherwise.) Statistically, a lot of Americans are dissatisfied with their media (67% in one poll), so it's not SO simple to say, "Georgia's winning the media war." Simply because the TV says "this," doesn't mean it's automatically or totally believed.

What does weight have to do with being informed? Weight is as irrelevant when it comes to political and social understanding as Brad Pitt should be to news. You're going off on tangents, because you cannot seem to form a proper argument.

By the way, I'm an American studying global media in Australia. I assure you that people getting news from single and/or illogical sources is a worldwide problem, not simply an American one.
