I just bought the sony MDR-V700DJ, and I use them in a m-audio fast track pro audio interface, but the bass i very low and the music seems very powerless. when listen to the monitors the music is full of bass and very powerful. can someone help me. thanks

What's your latency like on the 900? I have the 701 here, and haven't gotten a controller yet, but on time-coded vinyl there's a bit of latency. Makes it hard for scratching or any faster tricks, like cut's and the such...

Sorry for not throwing up the playlist yet to those who asked.
latency wise, with a decent soundcard like the fasttrak pro, it was running round 3 or 4ms which should be fine for scratching, i would think, then again I dont scratch so domt hold me to it. With the numark mixers dual soundcard it was around 10-12ms I found it fairly unnoticable but that was on my macbook. I had to use the fasttrack with the eee as ASIO4all was crap so could not utilize the numark's Dual SC properly.
