Those are biological concerns, why not then rather address this to researchers and doctors? why to the public as if whites are behind this or something? And how is having more babies going to solve the problem? shouldn't we be addressing the cause of the problem and rather encourage or seek for better prenatal care or something similar?

This is not a racist video. Some people need to understand that this is a Public Service Announcement about infant mortality in the African American community. If you do the research, African American babies are three times more likely to die of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, Premature or Low Birth Weight than whites. Hispanics and Native Americans face a similar crisis in their communities as well. The message is intended to inform people about the issue. It has NOTHING to do with racism.

Google: USA - Interracial crime at a glance and statistics . Blacks are far more racist than whites, they are also given privileged AA status and countless development programs.
And I have read somewhere that black children really do develop faster.
Why doesn't this happen to Mexicans or Asians, who are an even smaller minority?
