It's been a month of eager anticipation, but the winners of NTD's photography competition are finally announced. Lets take a look.
Once again the room is packed with photography lovers of all kinds, eager to see which of the 80 finalists will win the gold.
But while only a few will win the gold awards and a prize of $5,000, each of these photographs is worthy of distinction. To be only one of 80, chosen from over 5,000 submissions, testifies to the skill and craft of their composition.
In the Society and Humanity Category, Min-Sheng Ku from Taiwan won the gold prize with In the Kitchen.
For Nature and Landscapes, Yu-Pei Huang, also from Taiwan, won with Snowy Mountain.
And finally Shao-Hua Chen, from Mainland China, won the gold in the News and Global Events category with Lunching Laborer.
Thanks for joining us for this years Competition. Ill see you again in December for the Oil Painting Competition, the last in NTDs Series of International Chinese Cultural Arts Competitions.
