the dog is like "ok, if i act like the baby ill get attention like the baby, yeah that's what i want" so after trying to copy the baby what he doesn't realize is that he is getting more attention than the baby, by making an ass out of himself. so the baby stops and looks at the dog like " wtf is up with this animal, is this thing retarded?" While the dog is thinking he is doing good cause he now realizes he is getting attention and he gets louder, and tried to out cry the baby. Dumb Dog haha
