I finally finished my grad school finals and had time for a quick freedance after class. Going to start free dancing and posting more often. I forgot how much joy pole dancing brings me and what a great workout it is!

Wow..this made me depressed... can i ever move like this? ur moves are so so beautiful.. I am not flexible...is it possible to learn..is this really a great way to lose shape or do you have to be in shape prior..help..i am additcted to pole dancing..this is a true art form 100%
