  • @Joecom12 It's a good point about commuter bikes not being featured too much. Though they don't feature them here Tern offers some great bikes with racks and fenders like the Link D8, Link P7i, and Verge S11i. Theses bikes would all make excellent commuters! - Peter

  • Haha, just realised, the vid is made in Taipei!

  • Personally I do it as a fashion & life-style statement.

  • I dint know that. That aside, it'd be great if we bicyclists, world over, are cajoled(not coerced) about wearing helmets as norm or discipline or choice than by law. Bicycling advertisements, Photo-ads, etc are one of the many ways of suggestively getting the message into our head. Wearing it will & should be by choice.

  • @veeraa In many countries helmet is not required by law (such as Italy).

  • Why don't any of these people wear biking helmets?

  • Nice bikes, but I think it's time manufacturers get out of the "mountain bike/ no fenders" thing.

I live and ride in New York City can attest to the attention classicaly beautiful but modern urban bikes get with sweeping chain guards and fenders with (or without) some chrome.

Mother and son need to rethink the stripped down bike thing if they want to capture a market share that is silent but very much here.

NYC is just made for folders.

  • My bicycle is the tern verge p18 speed 18 and verge x10 and verge x20 and verge x30 is good bicycle

  • @jeffk412 If anything all the good from Dahon is with the Tern brand now. Dahon Global and Tern are the same company. The term knock off doesn't apply here.

  • knock off of Dahon... look into the history of the battle between Dahon and Tern, not just the rulings. not pretty.
