A potential revolution is in the making in the energy sector. The government now says it wants to get rid of kerosene in the next five years. The move seeks to protect users from the health impacts of the fuel but also cut down on the emission of gases blamed for rising global temperatures. That development kicks off our brand series ahead of the crucial meeting on climate change that is due to start next week in Durban, South Africa.   • The victims and perpetrators are different. The developed world emits most of these gases, but the poorer countries suffer the consequences more. C'est la vie!
