GX staffer Kylie Nicole-Nealis takes a spin around the Global Exchange office and asks her co-workers about what they love about working at Global Exchange.

Chie Abad, Anti Sweatshop Policy Analyst: I am Chie, I used to work as a sweatshop worker and led the class action lawsuit against the garment in Saipan in which Global Exchange is one of the plaintiff that led to a settlement of $20 Million dollars. Global Exchange has been a part of fighting for workers rights in this global economy and help to trigger global action to transform sweatshop labor into manufacturing jobs where workers have dignity in their jobs. GX gave me an opportunity to work towards fairness and empowering workers in local community and connecting to global struggles.
