Video of the Shuttle launching at Midnight 08/28/09. I over estimated the amount of light that the shuttle would give off, so the initial light up doesn't show. Other than that I think it came out pretty nice. This was shot from the North end of Canaveral National Seashore. If the sound transfers well you should hear the rumble of the lift off right about the time the SRB's separate. Also you'll note two green reflections on the lens, this appears to be a reflection of the SRB's highly filtered and inverted. My shooting point is 26 miles North of the launch pad.
