@joshmanz28 Yup, they did those with some help from Carol Shelby. It was very fast for 1985-86. They produced the GLH in 1985 and only 500 GLHs with intercooled Garrett turbos in 1986. The GLHs was a L4 2.2liter Turbo rated at 175bhp@5300rpm and 175lb-ft from 2200 to 4800 rpm. Bone stock, it was able to do the 1/4mile in 14.7 seconds @ 94mph and 0-60 in 6.5 sec. Enough to let the Mustangs and Camaros far back following your tail pipe! Later in 1987, it became the 2-door Charger Shelby GLHs.

I own a 1991 Dodge Shadow 2.5L and a 1995 Chrysler LeBaron (of course a 3.0L auto, only thing made in the last year) Good cars, both convertibles. Love em dearly I do.

I got my self a 86 glh omni with the stage 2 turbo and it hauls pretty good, I just need a good intercooler

iam getting a 1978 Plymouth horizon i wish the late 70s omni and horizons had turbo but they didn't they were still awsome cars i LOVE the 1978 to 1979 omni and horizon!
