We got Sonmor as a coach here in Minnesota, and the team finally started sticking up for itself. Great time to be a North Stars fan.

I'd love to see the Minnesota broadcast of this game as the game was televised back to Minnesota on KMSP who had local TV rights at the time and did most road games.

North Stars actually lost this game 5-1 but did sweep the Bruins that spring. Many players said this game set up that series.
