Hey mate, I am 20 from australia, I had a meniscus injury last june and got over that by december, doing some training and sprained my ankle really badly just after finishing the knee rehab, your videos are keeping me motivated in rehab to know that I can come back better and stronger, thank you :)

@TheLouisCL I didn't join for money and I have a great job coaching football and other sports full time. I work very hard actually and you will only get far for working hard. I shouldn't waste my time talking to you but you're doing my head in. Im glad your a big boy who likes using bad language but I'm not going to lower myself to that.
