@Xantec TFR stands for "temporary flight restriction." TFRs are in place around shuttle launches, or when the president flies into a city, that type of thing. Aircraft either have to be flying under a filed flight plan and air traffic control, or they have to stay out of the area of the TFR.

We were 60 miles south of launch pad, 20 miles from TFR. 13,500 feet above sea level.
