yes it is. you can believe what you want, but that's where i got it from. i have also heard it is on other songs, but when i heard it it was on the original foiled album.

@kamiloleskowful actually, it was on the foiled album. but its a hidden bonus song, so you have to press and hold the 'forward' button on ur cd player for like two minutes

@lindsey314 Yeah when I uploaded 18th floor balcony to my mp3 it said it was 13 min long, but I didn't know why. I thought it was just glitched, but one day I woke up while sleeping and heard the song on. It was awesome.
