    Hi. Thanks for the positive comment. Of course geltime should be in agreement with the time needed to infuse your complete part. You wouldn't want it to start curing at 80% filling of your part! :) Experience will tell you what decent gel times are for different parts. But better be on the safe side! (But forget about the typical short curing times used in hand lay-up! Patience is a good thing...)

  • perfect lecture for non-engineers! in 10 minutes i have learned more than i hoped to - nowhere else anyone talks of mathematical model of bag infusion.

    Should the the resin be slow-curing when it soaks large surfaces?
