ahh man, that bites, how did you do this year? when i get out sat, i need to be there by sun up becouse the sun gets blocked by the hills by about 4 my self too. then the fun of trying to see getting back comes into play...lol

@C0017A wow, what a loaded questine. i would say up river north fork, if you hit the right spot you can pick up some nice gold, in a short time rather then sitting in one spot on the middle fork and digging flood sand and gravel for fine flake , but the spin on that though you can hit a pocket as well over time?

Great video!! Were you up stream from that high bridge? Left or right side of the river facing up stream??

@C0017A thanks randy, when i started out and was testing the decaying bed rock i was on the left side of the north fork before the foresthill bridge, and when i was on the middle fork i was on the left as well. up river. it was one of my better trips becouse i wasnt digging in and sitting in one spot.
