Gangstalking: Perps in action- "empowerment and adventure".

Before you comment, please read the full description.
First off, if you don't believe that organized/gang/cause stalking exists, don't expect empirical evidence in this one clip, or demand I further explain it to your satisfaction. I would never have believed it before I discovered numerous bizarre things happening to me then after months of research, stumbling upon an explanation. So your doubt is expected, however consider the claims of Targeted Individuals to be like that of crime witnesses in court- their accounts are considered evidence themselves if the witness is not obviously impeachable, and the defense cannot simply march in a line of deniers who were not there saying "I don't believe you!".
Secondly I am not even certain what this couple were doing, but it's obvious to me the more I looked at it they were up to much more than meets the eye.
This is from a one hour security cam feed, 3 cameras on a quadrant display. Cam 1 is on my front door. Cam 2 is across my small cemented back yard (bordering on a city park) toward my next door neighbors, who know or are aquainted with this couple and (the neighbors, two males from out of state) I believe have been the source of a lot of the events over the last year which indicate gangstalking. Cam 3 is on the roof out toward the park.
The girl throws the frisbee into my yard. This is a tough one because it sails high in the air but the wind is at her back, anyone who's thrown a frisbee knows her mistake would be common INTO the wind. That is circumstantial tho. Frisbee lands in plain sight (we know this from where he retrieves it) yet he spends a LOT of time in some bushes and debris to the right (you can't see bushes because they are low) but most puzzling is watch the spot on top of the wall where he climbs over- she walks up and puts her hand there, almost cupping something, and loitering quite a while there- they both seem to be "acting" here- she walks away, HE goes back I believe not once but twice and puts his hand on EXACTLY the same spot, pausing- going back to the bushes in between. The capper is look at the body language after he pics up the frisbee- a "swagger" that says "mission accomplished".
What did we witness? Did they plant, retrieve or service some device of surveillance or harassment? Or was it all "street theatre" to convince me of this?(they knew I was at home- I had also recently reinforced the rails of that patio door, you can even see that in the video- he may have been casing it for breakin) In any case they seem like they are playing out their fantasies of being good little agents for the Homeland. Empowerment and adventure, indeed!

@JonnyPxN Absolutely. Most of what goes on now consists of traditional gaslighting, things done around the house to make it unnerving to be here, keeping you on edge and terrified. I can cope tho. Some kind of energy force is being applied, since i can't yet identify it I will leave it at that rather than guess wrongly. I think at least one set of neighbors are involved, they seemed to know the people in this video. See description for details, and thanks for watching and commenting.

Your identifying "internet access" as the only way to determine reports of said behavior is a logical Failure.

No police reports/reports to government agencies, no cease and desist requests pertaining to saidbehaviors through lawyers, no reports from patients in mental instituations of "people out to get them" fitting gangstalking criteria.

It only took a few individuals reading the book, associating the phenomenon to themselves then presenting themselves as victims for others to follow suit.

Simplest explanation, and probably the most likely, if not exactly this something similar: He has the lighter/keys she asks for it, he places it on the fence, she puts her hand over it to retrieve it has a look around while she's there, deciding not to have a cigarette/go to the car she leaves his lighter/keys informing him where it is, he grabs it before he finally sees the frisbee. You clearly hear her saying "Are you KIDDING?" when he realizes that it was in plain sight the whole time.

@Primuscrusader you are adding additional components to the equation (the keys and cigarettes) which are not depicted in this clip. Again I cannot accurately say what they were doing but since I know the frisbee was out in an open area and was obviously visible I can only conclude they were up to something more than retrieving the frisbee.

It's trivial by itself. However the same one hour feed shows them interacting with neighbors who I suspect are involved with many disturbances in my home.

@stitchedplate41 All true, and adding the fact people in those circumstances seeing things the way they knew them slipping from their grasp, would out of fear and desperation stoop to extreme measures thinking they're saving the country, when they're really putting the last nails in its coffin.

IMO America has long been less about the land itself or popular leaders of a given era, it's the principles of the constitution, which evolved from the magna carta,we've moved away from that.
