For all 9th graders in PA, it's a state standard to do a report on some important event or person that is in some way related to Pennsylvania. I have to do a report on the Molly Maguires and I only know who they are because of this song.

when luke and deirdre got married i was away but my sister and my man &dad where there,bessy gave me a dubliners book the family signed it /i gave it to my grand daughter she,s 10 & loves lukes music,will ask my sister fpr photos she used to hang around with bessy.

yea when he was starting of he took me to see the beach boys concert when they were in dublin /my oldest broyher paul now decease sometimes drive around as he drove a taxi .i used to do all the painting and wallpapering ect for my aunt julia //lukes mother so i would se him when he would come up to see her or if there was a party his mother would call we lived in marino him in larkhill plus i hung around with a mate who lived 2 doors

she is my first cousin her mother and my mother were sisters//luke was about 8 years older than me /he also has another sister and 3 brothers,hey kelly i sang with luke on many a sunday night in the kingway pub it used to be in capel st in dublin i dont know if it is still there as i live in los angeles.
