@primal2020 In that case, it seems they ignored rule 2 in FINAL episode 8. Sure, they saved our universe from collapsing, but they're stuck in a different universe that's about to collapse and their only hope of escaping lies 8 years into the future. Add to that the fact that even if they managed to return to our universe, they were banned from the solar system by the UN. By a loose enough definition, that qualifies as a "horrible tragedy". And it certainly doesn't get resolved at all either...
