Heys great videos,I just bought this camera for 300 pound because it is really stunning and at that price i would be a fool not to.
Anyways loads of people are saying on the net that a 12 gb sd card only lasts 2 hours but i have bought i lexar sdhc 4 gb card and on it it says it records for 6 hours. Is this true or will i get the normal 4gb sd card time?

@andystav300 once the SD card is in the SD60 - make sure you format the SD card WITHIN the camera options (not via your Macbook). Panasonic have got this propiatory setting whereby it needs to be formatted in its own way and then you can go ahead and shoot the video... once your done, put the SD card in your MBP and it will detect the videos.

what should i get this or Sony Handycam HDRCX100 HD Camcorder
or bloggie cm5 and why ?!

@the bloggie is in an entire different league. One shouldn't compare it to the SD60. It has limited features, cheaper price and not for high end shooting. I havent had any used the Sony Handycam ;(. Of course, having owned the SD60 for a few months now - its a superb camera. MacWorld also rated it 5 out of 5 recently.
