@ewaf88 Steven Spielberg recently said, CGI or not- people WILL ALWAYS spot the difference! Models look maybe not perfect, but real. Why just doesn't Hollywood combine real models with all those modern technical achievements is beyond my comprehension! Just look at what Lord of the Rings did for modern camera techniques, it made almost the same step as Star Wars did back then, but everything else is CGI or virtually imposed. just get the dam models back and use your head and modern tech!

THIS, is how movie effects should be done, of course, not everything can be done with models but what can be done effectively should be done like this!

Interesting to see them talk about getting a certain energy from the performers doing things for real... just don't get that with the majority of cgi snoozefests today
