@frenchyo7 G'day... Thanks for sending this. Um, I probably live on 20-30% dried fruit & nuts, and the Cashews, Almonds, Maccadamias, Peanuts & Pecans cover a heap of Trace Combinations & etc. Cooking in Olive Oil helps, too. A person uses 1.25mg of Vit.B12 every YEAR..! The Liver holds 5mg Max. So if y' eat undercooked Norway Fish y' get it's Tapeworm, whìch steals y'r B12, in diet ;& 3 yrs later y' BEGIN to show signs of Pernicious Amaemia ! Ciao.

Flax seed is not a food, it is a textile that has been trying to get GRAS status (generally regarded as safe) in the US for the past 40 years. 28 countries have banned flax consumption including France. It depletes you of vitamin B3 and hurts your thyroid. NOT a good option!
And who wants to choke back 8-9 fish oil pills every day to get your daily Omega 3 dose? Not me. A better choice is Mila (a whole raw food!! with no taste)by Lifemax. To learn more visit lifemax(dot)net/eleanorfann

It's sad that many Americans lack Omega 3...we have Fish oil in abundance in stores all over the place!!! It's not that expensive, yet many get sodas, cakes, fast food, candy...really sad that Americans do not pay attention to what they eat. This is one of the reasons why we have A.D.D., ADHD, and all sorts of mental disorders every year. I just hope Fish oil gets popular in 5 or 10 years, I just hope by then that more people will find out about it and be aware of their health.
Many people don't know much about hemp..
Its not only rich in omerga3 and omega6 but its the strongest fiber on the planet!
Hemp can be used for thousands of products including biodegradable plastic. A single hemp crop can produce 4 times as much raw fiber as a crop of trees. We would never have to cut down another tree again!
We should legalize Hemp to benefit mankind!
It is currently illegal to grow in the U.S.
