2)For those with concernsthey may need 2know that ignorance is no excuse.The fact that u dont know the law is no exception to the law.The courts will often show leniency If,as soon as the offenders found out about their criminal liability they took action.They renouncedtheir support for the crimes.They halted all tax &financial assistance to the govnm'nt&have joined in all national actions to halt the killing&arrest the killers.If you do this the courts will look upon your actions with leniency.
