Taming Ban'thalos the easy way

Taming Ban'thalos the easy way. there's no hacks, cheats and hell i didn't even have to pop Deterrence since he's pretty close to the tree i was on. the only damage you'll take is from the short fall damage besides that this method makes taming him easy since he's not nuking you with moon fire spam for 30k each.

@m0nsterj this is very true lol. i watched a dick head mage the other day fly up tag him slow fall and kill him in the middle of a pack of hunters looking at him. lets just say he's no longer on my realm any more >.< lol

i found this pretty easy to tame all i did is just attack him and disengaged just b4 i hit the ground (no fall damage ) and deterrence + ice trap and i got it !

so i got him with the tree method... then around 12 hours later he respawned and i tried to get it on my friend's hunter, but my dumbass for got to deterrence and died, then a dwarf hunter came and just tamed him on the ground without dying... pissed me off

Easy way, get Noggenfogger elixir, find ban'thalos, drink noggenfogger till u get slow fall, mount up/fly up and attack banthalos to get him down, place a frost/freezing trap(never remember the name of the correct one), tame, win. Finding the spot to stand on the tree just takes way to long :D

I aimed at a nearby mountain side and Arcane-Disengage dropped freeze and tamed. took 5 tries.
