Been losing some stuff from the back of my place. Basically takes whatever he can sell for scrap. I got fed up with it and installed a lorex security camera that's hooked up to a Zmodo 4 Channel DVR. Worked pretty well. If only I could read his license plate!

  • We had a problem with guys crawling over a wood fence where we worked. So we screwed razor blades on the inside where they were grabbing. The next day there was blood all over the place. Never had another problem.

  • I have an amazing Pelco survallance system in place. I also have a really great device called a 357 Magnum for trespassers

  • The person who uploaded this video is a dreamer, the scrap was in the Bin,,

  • i work full time and scrap part time. i have a tandem axle trailer i collect scrap on till i get a full load and have been robbed several times. scrap is plentiful around here is the sad part. just plain lazy. i've thought about a trail camera, like for deer hunting.

  • lmao why is this so funny to me

  • @kurkim

Get another camera, first one for the whole scene, second is zoomed in to the common area where the vehicles stop allowing you to gather the license plate number.

  • This pisses me off I have been scrapping for 20 years and people like this give the honest scrapper a bad name. I have been robbed of my scrap 5 times over the last 2 years. I finally got camera but have the same problem cant read the license plate number

  • that bastard is so sneaky

  • Hes being sneaky and quite so no one knows hes there.

  • @MrStevilKneivel :My brother and I wanted to booby trap our small farm with spikes sticking out of boards to flatten tires of a thiefs vehicle, but decided against it since our kids ride our ATV's there. So, we installed security camera's. No luck cathing a thief yet, but it'll happen. To 'Begbucks': Your comment is BS! That guy looked as guilty as a fox in a hen house. He knew he was doing wrong! Just ask! I'd bet the owner would say 'Yes!' to just the couple of items he took.

  • lol he just gets the metal with no shame.probably has been doing this since he was a little kid.
