i can feel where he's coming from cuz at the time, it was an all day/every day affair, seeing guy with pants on that were way too big sagging down to their knees and their boxers, tighty-whities, whatever, hanging out. Nowadays, it's dudes in their lil sister's pants showing their underwear off. The pants style has gotten a little more effeminate, but dudes still like to sag'em.  I, for the life of me, can't figure out why!
