  • I was smoking for 2 years about 10 cigarettes per day. A year before I started going to a gym. As a result I was smoking less and less and finaly I don´t smoke at all! I have to smoke about 7 months and I feel great! Of course I was smoking only for 2 years, but this is my personal experience and I say that exersise can help.

  • If you're a chain smoker, the trick is to jog long enough to where you just pass out on the ground. When the first thought on your mind is just surviving, you might not reach for a smoke.
