Six months ago, nothing could make my oldest eat anything except chicken nuggets, friench fries, pizza and tater tots, but since we made up the game "Two Bites" they eat everything. They're still a bit young to get them involved in the cooking of meals, which has been proven to be effective for getting kids to eat, but last night, we started our own garden. I'm going to do some videos of it this weekend and post them.
