Self Acupressure Facelift Would you believe it if I told you that you could give yourself a facelift that really
works, in the privacy of your own home, at your convenience?
And at less the cost of lunch?

You've probably already heard of, and maybe even tried yourself a lot of the many products that promise you the "Fountain Of Youth". There's firming creams, the plastic face mask, the little tapes that adhere to your skin that supposedly, and temporarily tape back your wrinkles. Then there's Botox and Collagen injections, the chemical peels and the list just goes on forever. Most of then are expensive and a lot of them don't work at all. The ones that do require expensive treatments and numerous trips to the doctors office.

Well if you are interested in a much easier and a lot less expensive way to take years off of your face then read on.

Dr. Russell Erhardt, a Board certified licensed Acupuncturist has designed a program that is safe and in-expensive. And the best part is that you can do it at yourself at home or the office. The self --administered program consist of stimulating certain pressure points on the face with ether your finger tip or for deeper penetration with an LOW powered laser. What a laser does is it irradiates local areas or points on the skin: this procedure is being used to reduce pain, to increase healing time in wounds and in Acupuncture Therapy in non-surgical facelifts.

Finger stimulation:
Finger tip stimulation mainly massages the pressure points stimulating the skin layers as well as the muscle tissue. This procedure is very effective as with the laser your results are achieved faster, however, both methods work well.
Applying pressure, Apply pressure with the finger tip or with the ball pad of your finger, which ever is more comfortable for you. Always keep your finger vertical to the pressure point on the skin that you are stimulating. Massage these areas in circular or back and forth motion, keep contact constant, and firm.
Do not massage too hard to the point of pain, remember you are stimulating not digging for gold.
Simply massage each point for 15 seconds and move on to the next pressure point as directed on this application.

Laser stimulation:
Laser work is not new but we are discovering new was to use them. How the laser works is by penetrating the different layers of skin, actually going through to the Flexor Tendons and onto the surrounding tissue. Simply place the laser firmly on the pressure points illustrated on the Acupressure charts. Remember, when using the Low powered laser around the eye area, Never point the laser in your eye or anyone else's eyes. When stimulating the eye lids never place the laser on the eye lid over the eye. Your eyes must be opened, therefore there is no reason for the laser to ever be over the eye when doing the eye lids. Never ever near the eye, I just want to be clear. Now back to business, The laser administers photons into the cells causing nerve stimulation. Blood and Oxygen then rush to the area causing much better circulation, which in turn will tone the muscles. Simply place the laser on the pressure point, activate the laser for 15 seconds and move on to the next pressure point as directed on this application.
Clinics across the country are giving Acupuncture facelifts at a fee of $45.00-$90.00 per visit. The fact is, you don't have to see a specialist anymore. You can use a low powered laser safely, easily, and effectively on your self. As I said before all at less the cost of lunch.
So if looking younger and healthier is something you desire but didn't think you could afford, then we have god news for you because NOW YOU CAN!

Now you have choices, Self Acupressure with finger stimulation or the laser self Acupuncture. You can purchase a low powered laser at most thrift stores such as Wal-Mart or Target. Look for the hand held "Laser pointers". These cost between $2.00 to $5.00.
