could you imagine if they kept the movie exactly like the 80's cartoon? lol it'd be way too much. They did real good on this.

@00jtown Like the cartoon, why not like the comic books by Larry Hama? I know I haven't read much, but those comics should be used as the basis for a live-action "G.I. Joe" movie. They had REAL guns, REAL conflict, and REAL Character Development. I like "Rise of Cobra" and I'm looking forward to "Retaliation", but I would rather see some aspects of Hama's comics incorporated into these movies.

this movie was bad i seen it at the movies and didnt like it i even went rent it thinkin let me see it a second time i mite like it but i couldnt get threw the whole movie they shouldve did it more like da cartoon the only thing i like about this movie is da Bareness super sexy the movie was trash!!!!!!!

@sfighter991 well, even though this movie labeled "Gi joe" managed to make some money, it did fall dismally short of its projected (capable) earnings. This movie failed to jump start an excitement or anticipation for the franchise or sequel that is unfortunately going to come out in 2012. As a "super dooper ninja force" movie, it did great !!! but as a gi joe movie it did horrible numbers, and that is the fault of the producers and writers. As a gi joe fan this movie offends me.

@michaeldublg I did see "G.I. Joe:Resolute", I actually favorited the teaser clip (awesome). I didn't think the story was as appealing. Granted it was more realistic, but at some points it seemed to be banking in on "The Dark Knight". But that's my opinion.

there was nothing wrong with the action or pace of the movie .... it's just that very, very little of it had anything to do with the concept or story of g-i-joe, LOL .. Its like making a superman movie only he fly's with a jet pack he is a news anchor he is from mars not krypton and lois lane is his sister !!!! LOL .. it would not be superman just like this was not g-i-joe. watch g-i-joe resolute (cartoon) on you tube ... great movie! its what the live action should have been like ..

1. Life like hair and Kung-Fu grip in one scene.

2. They say "Knowing is half the battle" 2 times.

3. Heavy Duty says "Yo Joe".

There will be a sequel in 2012.

HEY ! WHATS WITH THIS MOVIE THAT HAS NAMES OF CHARACTERS IN IT FROM A CARTOON I GREW UP WATCHING CALLED G.I JOE ..... (SARCASM ) ...... GEEEZ DID THE WRITERS AND DIRECTOR EVEN BOTHER TO WATCH ONE, !! JUST ONE ! EPISODE OF G I JOE !!!! LOL ..... EVEN IF THIS MOVIE WAS NOT A G I JOE MOVIE AND IT WAS CALLED "SUPER DELTA NIJA FORCE ! IT WOULD STILL BE HORRIBLE !!! LOL THE ONLY THING THAT WAS G I JOE ABOUT THIS MOVIE WAS THE TITLE AND SNAKE EYES ! AND EVEN HE WAS ONLY 92% gi joe .... ugh !!!
