Please watch in Full screen HD-mode! This animation shows you the real movements of the Sun, Moon, planets and the three Centaurs Chiron, Pholus and Nessus within the ecliptic/zodiac from our geocentric point of view on Earth! No house cusps are displayed because this is the mundane global animated chart and movement without any dependency to local coordinates. A mundane chart presents the so-called time quality frame of reference for the year. View it in full screen mode. You may use it as a preview or an visual animated ephemeris for 2010. The positions are calculated very accurate (take into account gravitational perturbations, light time, abberation, nutation, Delta-T etc.) by the Swiss astrological software Vision IV (www.astrosoft.ch). Computations are presented in 0 and 12 hour UT worldtime, therefore in 12 hour time steps throughout the whole year. The Moon jumps a bit due to the big time step of 12 hours every day and because the Moon moves very fast. The rare and from an astrological point of view "difficult" grand cross of planets occurs throught May-July, peaks with a Lunar eclipse at June 26. Explanations of the symbols are provided in another short introductory video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzzPhzYqDJA
