Synopsis:
In the city of Newberry, there once lived a young couple named Scarlett and George Butterworth. Geroge is a lieutenant in the army and one day, he is unexpectedly called away, leaving Scarlett all alone Seeking a companion, Scarlett adopts a small dog named Mr Tibbs. Unbeknown to Scarlett, the innocent, little Mr Tibbs would soon become the most gigantic threat to ever wreak havoc on the city!
