The thing with Bundy was in the WWF he was a generic heel on the mic. Typical 80s wrestler yelling in typical promos. Outside of the WWF he was actually a good mic worker, like shown here. Watch the promo of him on the sidebar here 'Bundy is his own man'. It was a money promo, in my opinion
